Statewide Conference Registration Status Search
To attend Bob and Sac Conference, Delegates must complete 3 things: 1) Complete the Internal Conference Reg Form (or for returning advisors, update their existing record), 2) Complete ActiveNet registration, and 3) Complete CampDoc. 🚨New delegates/advisors will not appear on this list unless they have completed the internal registration form. See below for links and instructions for this process. This year, ALL Delegates and all new advisors must complete the internal registration form. Returning advisors received an custom update link.

Delegations will be charged full price for all delegates/advisors on their roster not marked as dropped or Bob Absent as of October 2 at 11:59p. Delegates and Advisors who have not completed these 3 steps cannot attend conferences.
You can search this page by your name, delegation, Association, or filter by one or more delegations. "UpdateConfirm" will read "I confirm" if that step has been completed. It updates in real time (you may need to refresh this page). "ActiveNetComplete" does NOT update in real time, but will update every 24 hours and show "ActiveNet ✅" when completed. "CampDoc Completeness" does NOT update in real time, but will update every 24 hours and show the percentage completed (you want it to be 100). Expecting to see someone on this list who isn't there? Chances are they didn't complete the internal conference reg form yet. Check if they are on this list, and, if so, email them the new advisor or new delegate registration form, as appropriate.
