YOUTH MEMBER OF THE Y&G GOVERNING BOARD
APP DUE JANUARY 29. The Advisory Board of Managers for the California YMCA Youth & Government center & program is charged with overseeing the planning and conduct of the work of the center, including its financial affairs, to help ensure responsibility and integrity in a manner consistent with the general purposes, standards and objectives of the YMCA and the policies and operating procedures established by the Association Board.
The term is for one year: April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027. This application is open to all current delegates in the 9th, 10th & 11th grades. Four Model Legislature & Court delegates will be selected to join the Board of Managers. Elected MLC Officers are not guaranteed a seat on the Board.
